This joven mezcal is un-aged and crystal clear. On the nose, pronounced aromas of ripe fruit, bell pepper, honey, wet stone and smoldering campfire.
The palate is lively with rounded notes of cooked agave, caramelized pineapple and fresh herbs that give way to a subtle smoky-smooth finish and a full mouth-feel.
Roasted for 5-8 days in underground pits before a ten-day to two week fermentation. Double distilled.
