Legendario Domingo Cenizo is made with Maguey Cenizo in Nombre de Dios, Durango by the familia mezcalera Colón. With organic cultivation, the agave feeds from sun and rains during the 8-9 year span it takes to reach maturity. The agave is cooked in rustic ovens that are ignited with Tepehuaje (Lead Tree), a type of wood endemic to this region. A mix of savory earthy flavors and sweet fruit with texture, complexity, and acidity.
