Our 6-year-old straight rye whiskey spent over 2 years in a maple syrup barrel, producing a spirit with notes of cinnamon sticks, almond blossoms, and crystallized maple sugar. The classic spice profile of our signature whiskey blends nicely with flavors of powdered sugar, fresh figs, vanilla cream, and dark chocolate from the maple syrup barrel.
