Created especially for whiskey drinkers, Bayou Select authentic "sugarhouse" recipe was inspired by early Louisiana rum makers. By combining fresh all natural local sugarcane and proprietary sugarcane yeast, we deliver a new taste for rum. On the nose is creamy vanilla with hints of apple and cinnamon. The flavor profile opens with a dry oak-like character reminiscent of an aged bourbon, followed by pronounced cinnamon and maple. Dry with long-lasting notes of dark fruit and wood.
