Carl T. is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a White Port barrel. The White Port barrel provides notes of honey, apple, and vanilla to complement of Carl T. Blend.
