Colour. Amber and coppered colour.
Nose: Walnuts. plums. nuts and liquorices aromas go with the sweetness of the malted flavours and the lightness of the vanilla wood.
Taste: This attack gives flavours of leaven. cocoa and fresh figs. Then the profile gets more complex with notes of cherries macerated in Kirsch. red fruits and candied oranges. Sweetness and generosity mix perfectly into a nice roundness.
