The original rye grain used to produce the distillation was provided by Cara’s family grain company. Our Award-Winning original rye whiskey, aged four years, is re-barreled into a grooved barrel, increasing surface area and creating an array of char and toast, doubly enhancing rye’s iconic flavor profile and depth.
