Tobasiche is our first true love, the one that captured us, the reason we decided to embark on this journey. It’s rare, wild, and scarce, but noble, with a smoothness rarely found in mezcal.
Rich, smoky, and spicy on the nose, somewhat salty, and imbued with sweet, fruity, tropical notes. The palate is delicate and fruity with an attractive
charred oily quality which gives it a lengthy finish.
Rarer than rare.

ARTISANAL CRAFTING:
- Maturation period: 17 years
- Extraction: Manual with a mallet
- Roasted in conical pit ovens with Huizache wood and volcanic rocks
- Natural fermentation in wooden casks
- Distilled in copper and clay stills
