This is a small-batch straight wheat whiskey aged in a charred new American oak barrel for over 2 years. The sweetness of the wheat is perfectly balanced by the vanilla and oak characteristics from the barrel. The star of this spirit - wheat- is planted in the Midwest each fall and left in the dormant field all winter. As snow melts, it graces the fields with a bright green haze in early spring and yields the first harvest of each year. -a true winter’s legacy, preserved in every bottle.
