This release from Plantation Rum has been matured in Barbados for four years in former Bourbon Casks, then one more year in the Casks of the Chateau de Bonbonnet, France. Cask Barbados 2014 has fruity aromas of grapes and apples, followed by moderately tropical tones of ripe coconut and soft spicy flavors.
