On the nose, apples poached in butter, sprinkled with cinnamon on a bed of caramel and vanilla wafer. On the palate, spicey elements of cardamom and clove surge to bring the sweeter elements from the nose into balance. The finish is pleasant and balanced with spice sweet fading slowly together.
