On the nose, hard waxy orchard fruit along with buttered cereal grain, toffee bar, chocolate malt, clove and cinnamon. On the palate, cardamom surges with intensity as orchard fruits, toffee, and vanilla keep pace for a wonderfully balanced whiskey. The finish is long and layered with spice and sweet dancing back and forth as they fade slowly together. A well-balanced sipper.
