Each handcrafted batch of our whiskey takes on the character of Iowa’s people, land, and climate.

For this special Double Barrel release, we poured our straight rye whiskey into second, new American oak barrels to capture the full-bodied flavors of the freshly charred staves. The secondary finishing casks draw out the bold qualities of our unique rye and the rich flavors of Iowa whiskey.
