Heaven Hill Grain to Glass 2nd Edition Bourbon – Beck’s 6225 Corn Seed Varietal
The second edition of Heaven Hill Grain to Glass is a masterful expression of transparency, terroir, and tradition. Distilled in 2018 and bottled in May 2025 at 105 proof, this 6-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon was crafted from a unique corn seed varietal—Beck’s 6225—selected in partnership with Beck’s Hybrids to thrive in Kentucky soil. Each bottle proudly displays this key detail, underscoring Heaven Hill’s commitment to traceability and innovation.
This barrel-proof bourbon entered the cask at 107 proof and aged in Rickhouses W5 and W6 at Cox’s Creek on floors 3, 4, and 5, where temperature swings and airflow add distinctive depth. Non-chill filtered and released under the Family Farms First™ initiative, a portion of proceeds supports American farm families through Farm Rescue, reinforcing the distillery’s dedication to agricultural sustainability.
