We aged a blend of 4-year-old and 6-year-old rye whiskies in a white peach mead barrel from Orchid Cellar Meadery in Maryland to create this unique spirit. Two additional years in the Cobbler Mead barrel intertwined the classic cinnamon and nutmeg tones of our rye whiskey with supple notes of stone fruit. A light floral blossom and citrus aroma introduces a palate rich with caramel and juicy blackcurrant notes which finishes with a lingering spice.
