Nobody knows anymore the kind of man Wyatt Earp really was. Long ago, highly inventive accounts of his exploits had turned him into an idealized quintessence of a tough frontier lawman. And while today we might not be able to separate fact from fiction, we can still ascertain a few things:

Wyatt Berry Stapp Earp never shied away from a fight, yet no bullet ever as much as grazed him. A quiet, unassuming man, he nonetheless commanded respect wherever he went. And, most importantly, he was a loyal and dependable friend.
